Description of Driving Event:
During MLP vehicle hydraulic power-up, trapped pressure between check valve A77943 and supply valve A77900 could occur if the supply valve is not open. When pressure is locked up, the supply valve has to be opened using a pry bar, sometimes breaking the valve handles. This constitutes an unsafe condition and could result in injury to personnel.
