Scope:

Object

To determine the suitability of a component for use or storage under conditions of high relative humidity and to observe effects of such high humidity when combined with wide temperature changes

Note 1 — This test also acts as a rapid check that components, whose design is known to provide the necessary resistance to humidity by successfully passing Test C, have been processed and manufactured correctly

Note 2  The component lot subjected to Test D shall not be the same as that subjected Test C
