Organization: | FAA |
Publication Date: | 17 April 1970 |
Status: | active |
Page Count: | 14 |
scope:
The equipment specified herein is rack mounted (rack not supplied under this specification) and operates in the 328.0 to 336.0 MHz glide slope band. It accepts 3 RF signals, combines and mixes the signals in the appropriate amplitude and phase relationships, and delivers the signals to three glide slope antennas (antennas not supplied under this specification). Provisions are made for the measurement of all input and output levels with appropriate built-in line sections and wattmeter. It also samples a portion of the clearance input signal for use in facility monitoring (external ILS monitor not supplied under this specification).
