Applicability.

This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve unless otherwise stated.

Purpose

This regulation assigns responsibilities for the management of the National Science Center (NSC) and sets policies and procedures for the establishment and operation of the Partnership Executive Committee (PEC). It implements the provisions of Section 1459, Public Law 99-145 (Section 1459, PL 99-145) as amended by Section 280, PL 104-106, and Title 10, United States Code, Chapter 111 (10 USC, Chapter 111).
