Specifies the performance requirements and methods of testing for flued oil burning appliances (e.g. boilers and air heaters), up to and including 44 kW capacity, used for hot water supply and for space heating purposes.

This specification covers electric air heaters that provide for heating air supplied from Gas-Particulate Filter Units (GPFUs) to military personnel who wear Nuclear-Biological-Chemical (NBC) protective masks during cold weather operations.

This Standard establishes performance requirements and test methods applicable to water heater relief valve drain (or runoff) tubes for use with relief valves having a steam rating of 105,000 Btu/hr or less.
