This Specification has been prepared to supplement the provisions of the relevant European, British, International Standards and codes of practice for the purchase, quality control and inspection of overhead contact line fixings for use on 25kV AC or 25-0-25kV AC Electrified Lines.
This specification applies to the procurement of fixings used in the UK Master Series overhead contact line system.
This specification should be read in conjunction with the relevant standards listed in section 2.
