Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für:

- Schmiedevormaterial (EN 603 [alle Teile]),

- stranggepresste Präzisionsprofile der Legierungen EN AW-6060 und EN AW-6063 (EN 12020 [alle Teile]),

- Erzeugnisse, die aufgewickelt geliefert werden (EN 13957),

- Rohre in Ringen, die auf Länge geschnitten werden (EN 13957).
