Purpose
a. To amplify reference (a) with respect to the obligated service requirement for Information Warfare Community (IWC) enlisted personnel who attend the National Intelligence University (NIU).
b. Changes to this instruction include updates to graduate and undergraduate service obligations as well as expanding eligibility to include all IWC enlisted personnel. This instruction is a complete revision and should be reviewed in its entirety.
