Purpose.
To issue policies and procedures for implementing Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) requirements for ship and ship system development and construction contracts. Note that this instruction addresses both components of CSDRs, i.e., Contract Cost Data Reports (CCDRs) and Software Resource Data Reports (SRDRs).
