Purpose.
To provide unlform policy and guidance, and assign responsibility for how Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) space wlll be allocated, assigned and managed. Reference (a) provides guidance for facility changes, alteration, modification, and repair.
This instruction applies to all NAVAIR actlvitles and to the Aviation Program Executive Offices (PEOs) supported by NAVAIR Headquarters (NAVAIRHQ).
