The instruction applies to all DON appropriated and Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentalities (NAFI) personnel using the Fleet Card Program.

Purpose.

Provides the Department of the Navy (DON) policies and procedures for the operation and management of the DON Fleet Charge Card Program. It is supplementary to references (a) through (l). Detailed procedural information on daily operations can be found in the Fleet Card Program role-based desk guides available on the Consolidate Card Program Management Division (CCPMD) web site at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/ccpmd. All DON users of the Fleet Card Program should be aware that this instruction and all its components (e.g., desk guides) have the force and effect of DON policies and procedures.
