This Part of the Defence Standard (Def Stan) details the requirements for Specialised Vehicle, Components and Substrates including Distinctive Colours. The conditions and requirements of Part 1 of this Defence Standard shall be read with and applied to this Part of the Defence Standard. Some specialist non-VOC compliant coatings for internal components are still specified due to the limited quantities involved.
