Diese Norm legt Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Chlorgehaltes (% Cl) in Kunststoffen, Kautschuk, Kautschukmischungen, Hartgummi, Regenerat und Elastomeren fest. Außer bei Nachweis mittels Ionenchromatographie werden die Halogene Brom und Iod, falls vorhanden, miterfasst. Die Anwesenheit von Fluor stört nicht.
