These policies and procedures apply to all NAVAIR sites, which includes NAVAIR Headquarters (NAVAIRHQ), business units, field acitivities, and those activities receiving NAVAIRHQ support under operating agreements, such as the Naval Aviation Program Executive Offices (PEOs).
Purpose.
To establish policy and assign responsibilities for the management and elimination of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODSs) within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in accordance with references (a) through (f).
