The purpose of this document is to provide a guide to materials that have been established as being safe to use, under specified conditions, in oxygen-enriched environments, which may include oxygen mixtures with other gases, pure gaseous oxygen and liquid oxygen.

Limitations on the ranges of temperature and pressure over which the materials are used are discussed as well as the need to systemically assess the hazards and risks of using a particular material, or materials, in a particular oxygen system configuration.
