PURPOSE

The purpose of this Goddard Procedural Requirements (GPR) is to define the necessary steps in processing GSFC proposal submittals in response to NASA Announcements of Opportunity (AO).

APPLICABILITY

This process applies to GSFC Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Investigator (CoI) proposals that require approval by the New Business Committee (NBC) or otherwise require the Center Director's signature.
