This instruction is applicable to NAVAIR International Programs. For the purposes of this instruction, in accordance with reference (a), NAVAIR is comprised of the Naval Air Systems Command and the Naval Aviation Program Executive Offices (PEOs).
Purpose.
This instruction promulgates policy and responsibilities for the management and administration of International Programs, e.g., Security Assistance and International Cooperative Programs, within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).
