scope:
PURPOSE.
To issue an updated edition of the Auxiliary Marine Dealer Visitor (MV) Manual, incorporating numerous technical and administrative changes in the program. This Manual will be effective for a period of 2 years from the date of issue, during which time the MV Program will be restructured to better align the program with customer needs and Coast Guard performance goals.
