PURPOSE
This Marshall Procedural Requirement (MPR) document provides requirements for planning and conducting formal Technical Reviews compliant with NASA Procedural Requirements (NPR) 7123.1 and NPR 7120.5. It provides a consistent and disciplined process to assure thorough technical reviews and adequate management oversight prior to authorization for programs/projects to proceed to the next stage of development.
APPLICABILITY
This MPR applies to the personnel, programs, projects, and activities at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and MSFC's Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF), including contractors and resident agencies to the extent specified in their respective contracts or agreements. ("Contractors," for purposes of this paragraph, include contractors, grantees, Cooperative Agreement recipients, Space Act Agreement partners, or other agreement parties.)
