This Order applies to the review and evaluation of all Central Region Flight Standards programs and activities.
PURPOSE.
This Order prescribes regional policies and guidelines governing evaluation and appraisals of Central Region Flight Standards programs and activities. It assigns responsibilities for conducting and monitoring evaluations, reporting on results, and tracking the implementation of adopted recommendations, and analyzing any discernible trends.
