This drawing describes the requirements for insulated, fixed, film, 1/2 watt resistors available in ±2 percent, ±5 percent, and ±10 percent resistance tolerances. These resistors are capable of full-load operation at an ambient temperature of 70OC. Designers are CAUTIONED on using these resistors in high power pulse applications (see 6.4).
