Profile Registration Profile
Clause 5 extends the management capability of the referencing profiles by adding the capability to describe the registration and versioning of Common Information Model (CIM) profile that are implemented by CIM-based system and component-management
Base Metrics Profile
Clause 6 is a component profile that defines the minimum object model needed to provide dynamic metrics associated to existing managed elements and related associations. The profile described in this clause does not document how to model metrics for capacity planning or accounting purposes.
Indications Profile
Clause 7 defines the CIM elements that are used to subscribe for indications of unsolicited events, to advertise the possible indications, and to represent indications used to report events in a managed system.
Enabled Logical Element Profile
Clause 8 extends the management capabilities of referencing profile by adding capability to represent any enabled logical element. The profile describes common requirements for modeling the variety of enabled logical elements within managed systems including enabled state management, health state, and operational status.
Launch in Context Profile
Clause 9 specific common management interfaces for the purpose of managing and discovering information about services that are available for particular resources or classes of resources represented by instances of CIM_ManagedElement. This information includes the address of the each auxiliary service, the features supported by that service, the contextual information available for that service, and the capabilities for customizing that information.
