scope:
PURPOSE.
In accordance with the authority in DoD Directive (DODD) 5111.1 (Reference (a)) and the Deputy Secretary of Defense Memorandum (Reference (b)), this Instruction establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for the development and execution of programs authorized in accordance with section 1206 of Public Law 109-163, as amended (Reference (c)) and 10 U.S.C. 2282 (Reference (s)).
