Purpose.
The purpose of this Manual is to provide installation commanders the appropriate guidance to host the most successful open house for their particular location. This Manual is written to support planning and execution by providing planning staffs relevant interpretations of numerous regulations, instructions, organizations, and functions. This publication applies to the Regular Air Force, the Air National Guard (ANG) and the Air Force Reserve (AFR).
