This specification covers the chemical, mechanical, and metallurgical requirements for wrought annealed titanium-6aluminum-4vanadium alloy (UNS R56400) to be used in the manufacture of surgical implants.

Units-The values stated in either SI units or inchpound units are to be regarded separately as standard.
