Purpose.
This letter promulgates the fifth revision to NAVSEA Instruction 9210.47. This instruction establishes requirements for a mixed waste and radioactive PCB waste management program for naval nuclear-powered ships and for Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) activities.
