This supplement considers the use of Cooperative DBA (CO DBA) in the PON OLT. The expected OLT capabilities are identified and their functional role explained. The document considers generic capabilities and per use case capabilities. The use case described in this first version of the document is the support of Mobile Fronthaul by using O-RAN CTI as interface between the OLT and mobile Distributed Units (O-DU), see section 8. Other use cases can be part of future revisions of the document.
