This commercial item description (CID) covers one (1) set of recreational and gymnastic equipment contained in the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) equipment set. The ACFT is part of the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System, a Chief of Staff of the Army initiative. The ACFT is a six event test comprised of 11 types of fitness equipment per set measuring muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, flexibility, coordination, speed, agility, cardiovascular endurance, balance and a reaction time for all Untied States Army units.
