This instruction applies to all naval weapons stations, munitions commands, support facilities, and other shore activities that store naval munitions. This directive complements references (a), (b), (c), and (d). Reference (a) addresses segregation of ammunition by security risk category. Reference (b) addresses safety and segregation requirements. References ( c) and ( d) provide technical data.
