Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance, to any change initiatives, on how to assess if proposed changes will impact London Underground (LU) operational comms assets, systems and integrations.

By following this guidance and completing the Operational Asset Impact Assessment F2411, it will ensure that the impact to operational comms assets, systems and integrations will be identified as early as possible and can be fully assessed, planned for, and resourced correctly.

This guidance will also ensure that change initiatives hand back assets to maintenance in the right state first time, preventing downstream issues.
