scope:
a. This order applies to all external requests for access to NAS data, which includes connections to the NAS infrastructure, as well as recorded NAS data, with the exception of the requests identified in 5b below.
b. This order does not apply to:
(1) Requests from Federal agencies. These requests must be coordinated with FAA NAS Defense Programs (NDP).
(2) Requests from State and local law enforcement agencies. These requests must be coordinated with FAA NDP.
(3) Requests made under the Freedom of Information Act.
(4) Requests to provide data under FAA contracts as Government Furnished Information (GFI). This exception applies to FAA contracts only.
