This module defines the application requirements and describes the operating characteristics for an AFBCL.
This document applies to all who are making changes to Network Rail managed level crossings that are or are to become AFBCLs.
Purpose
The purpose of this module is to:
a) support the management of risks at AFBCL level crossings;
b) provide consistency in the application and operation of AFBCL level crossings.
