It provides details of:
a) technical requirements;
b) competence requirements;
c) planning; and
d) its use.
This module applies to all geofencing and geotagging systems used on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure.
Purpose
This module mandates the requirements for the use of geofencing and geotagging. The geofence wearable device addresses the loss of situational awareness and the Geotagging device allows a worker to identify the exact location of an asset.
