The requirements include those for service level agreement (SLA) monitoring, video coder-decoder (codec), application layer transport protocols and video transmission performance. This Recommendation also specifies the classification of IMT-2020 UHD surveillance services, SLA ranking of IMT-2020 UHD surveillance business and network requirements for IMT-2020 UHD video surveillance business, which are very relevant to IMT-2020 surveillance scenarios.

This Recommendation includes:

- classification and SLA ranking of IMT-2020 UHD surveillance business;
