Purpose
This Department of the Army (DA) pamphlet contains procedural guidance for the requirements and issuance of Re-serve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) awards and certificates. Unless otherwise noted, all references to the Junior ROTC Program in this regulation will mean the Army Junior ROTC units and the National Defense Cadet Corps (NDCC) units.
