This standard specifies the service conditions, system configuration, technical requirements, tests and their methods for electric traction system on board high speed Electric Multiple Units (EMUs).
This standard is applicable to the high-speed EMUs.
Purpose:
The purpose of this standard is to provide a standardized set of service conditions, system configuration, technical requirements, tests and their methods to support the design and manufacture of traction electric drive systems in high-speed EMUs and promote the development of high-speed EMUs.
