pending, Most Current
Organization: ISO
Publication Date: 3 November 2023
Status: pending
Page Count: 18
ICS Code (Ambient atmospheres): 13.040.20
scope:

This part of ISO 16000 specifies requirements for sampling and analysis of air, surface or bulk material samples that will be analysed by fluorometric detection of an enzyme activity present in filamentous fungi[2] (US Patent No. 6,372,446) to quantitatively determine the total fungal biomass density. It describes the analytical procedure that can be performed onsite or in a lab. This method does not enumerate or differentiate genera or species of fungi.
