This section discusses the seven main steps for performing a risk and resilience analysis with the J100-21 standard (Figure 4-1). For each step in the process, this section describes the:
• Rationale: purpose of the step.
• Approach: description of potential approaches that could be used to address J100 requirements.
• Considerations: in developing an analysis consistent with J100.
Note that this is supplemental and background information and should not be considered a replacement of the standard or its requirements.
