This process applies to you if:

• You manage or supervise operational teams or technical support staff or

• You manage or supervise telecoms operations.

For areas delivered by contract, the Telecoms Maintenance Engineer shall only carry out equipment checks to satisfy themselves that work is being delivered as per the contract.

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to define the process, roles and responsibilities for the inspection and surveillance of operational telecoms activities as laid out in company standard NR/L2/TEL/30033.
