The primary users of this document are those involved in the maintenance of JTC equipment on the Bakerloo Line.

Section 3.8 of this document contains general details on useable track circuit lengths and configurations (including those using two receivers), in open and tunnel sections, and the range of operating frequencies, but the Supplier should be consulted regarding the procurement specification of equipment, according to requirements such as location, and whether it is required for maintenance or new-build purposes.

This document replaces SCS-ST-0058-A2.

PURPOSE

This document contains installation, set up, commissioning, fault-finding and maintenance instructions for the track and room-located equipment of FS2500 'Metro' Jointless Track Circuit equipment supplied by Invensys Rail Systems ('Westinghouse').
