This supplement relates to single row metric tapered roller bearings as specified in DIN 720 and ISO 355, respectively, and gives a list of equivalent symbols. Except for the symbols, the bearings dealt with in DIN 720 comply with the specifications of ISO 355.
As detailed in the Explanatory notes to DIN 720, the DIN Standard will continue to be used in parallel with ISO 355.
It should be noted that for the bearing of type 32302 no equivalent bearing is specified in ISO 355.
