This procedure is used to determine the adhesion characteristics of fiber coated (flocked) parts by measuring the bond strength between the flock and the sub-strate determining the resistance to marring.

This procedure includes the following Methods:

Method 1, Mat Test.

Method 2, Knife Peel Test. Determines adhesion of flock with a film carrier to substrate.

Method 3, Hot Melt Peel Test. Determines adhesion between polyester flock and flexible substrates.
