This instruction applies to NRRE systems under the cognizance of the NRRE resource sponsor, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Fleet Readiness Division (N43), and the NRRE program manager, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFLTFORCOM) Defense Readiness Reporting System - Navy (DRRS-N) (N76). Evolving NRRE hardware and or software procurement and development activities that are governed by the NRRE Community of Interest (COI) shall comply with the requirements of this instruction. Implementation shall follow the NRRE CCB process and procedures specified in supplemental guidance from USFLTFORCOM.

Purpose. Per references (a) and (b), to direct the implementation of a life cycle configuration control board (CCB) for the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE).
