Dieser Teil von ISO 5436 legt die Software-Normale (Etalons) vom Typ F1 und F2 für die Prüfung der Software von Messgeräten fest. Außerdem legt er das Datenformat der Typ-F1-Software-Normale zur Kalibrierung von Messgeräten zur Messung der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit mit dem Profilverfahren nach ISO 3274 fest.

ANMERKUNG 1 In diesem Teil von ISO 5436 wird der Begriff „Software-Normale vom Typ F1" durch „Software-Lehre" ersetzt.

ANMERKUNG 2 Früher wurden „Normale" als „Einstellnormale" bezeichnet.

ANMERKUNG 3 ISO 3274 bezieht sich nur auf Messgeräte mit unabhängigen Bezügen.
