Purpose of This Notice.

This notice outlines the regulatory and guidance changes related to the Pilot Certification and Qualification Requirements for Air Carrier Operations final rule. This rule has modified the certification requirements for an airline transport pilot (ATP) certificate with an airplane category multiengine class rating and the requirements to serve as a pilot for a Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 119 certificate holder authorized to conduct operations under 14 CFR part 121.
