Foreword
An increasing number of wastewater structures, systems, and components are experiencing extreme corrosion and deterioration. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) corrosion and microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) are principal contributors to the problems.
The purpose of the report is to increase awareness of the
problem of corrosion, and to provide a high-level overview of the
current state-of-the-practic
