scope:
Purpose. This regulation establishes U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) policy regarding filling positions and the establishment of areas of consideration and the payment of travel expenses.
Applicability. This regulation is applicable to all USACE supervisors and managers with authority to recruit personnel.
