This document specifies the requirements of a Digital Logic Module DLM Tester and ancilliary equipment to be used for static, functional and diagnostic testing of digital modules from various electronic equipments in the FAA Inventory. The DLM Tester shall provide the capability for fault analysis down to an individual faulty node as well as provide a go/no go check on the module's operational status.
