Purpose. To continue the Conventional Strike Weapons Program as a designated program under direction of the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO (T)); and issue a revised charter (enclosure (1)) which provides the program's description, scope, operating relationships, organization, resources, and outlines the authority and responsibility of the program manager (PM).
