This I-ETS is applicable to all types of mobile stations described in GSM Recommendation 02.06 and mobile station features described in GSM Recommendation 02.07. The corresponding specification of the mobile station is described in GSM Recommendation 11.10. This recommendation describes how the Short Message Service - Cell Broadcast (SMSCB) (Teleservice 23 as specified in GSM Rec 02.03) is supported over the mobile radio interface.
